In the Philippines, Lazada is considered as the biggest retail store online. From simple garments up to high-end electronics, Lazada offers a variety of items with different brands to choose from. The said online store opened a lot of opportunities not just for their clients to experience convinient shopping but also to people interested in courier industry.
With the increasing number of demands also comes numerous loopholes and problems that are sometimes cannot be prevented or is beyond control.
One netizen shared on Facebook her bad experience after she ordered an item in Lazada. According to an anonymous netizen, her mom bought a bookshelf worth 874Php on Lazada but they got surprised when the item came.
The bookshelf they both was actually a miniature same size as a normal smartphone. Because of this, the buyer went on social media to post her dissatisfaction towards Lazada.
Meanwhile, many netizens who saw the post believed that it was not Lazada’s fault why the buyer received a wrong item since it was specified in the ads the actual size of the item and blame the buyer for not reading the said information before buying the item.
